Lean Six Sigma Certification

When you want to be certified for the hard work you have done, you want a named signature that is recognised as an Lean Six Sigma expert, not just a company director who has never practiced Lean Six Sigma, what value is that? 

Matthew Gracie Master Black Belt has been one of the Leaders of Lean Six Sigma since he lead Motorola's Six Sigma program in the 1990s. He then worked/managed a leading Management Consultancy, Rath & Strong who assisted GE with their Six Sigma Program. He has now formed McKnight Gracie Management Consultants to continue the practical involvement in Lean Six Sigma deployments he is known for, coaching and certifying the many Belts who have succeeded in their business projects.

Matthew Gracie has trained, coached and certified countless (almost!!) Green, Black Belts and Master Black Belts over the years. He knows what a certified belt should deliver and so he will only put his name to those who have achieved the standard that he is known for.

Here the stages for certification:

1. Complete a recognised program
2. Pass the Belt Exam at Green or Black or Master Black Belt level
3. Complete 1 Business Project at the Green Belt Level or 2 projects at Black Belt Level or a course of programs for MBB
4. Business confirmation of the business value of the project(s)
5. Documentation of the project(s) to demonstrate correct usage of Lean Six Sigma tools
6. Leading improvement programs for MBBs
